- Anything urgent about your health
- Your local emergency service. This desk is read on working days, so it is the wrong place for something that cannot wait.

- Reply unsubscribe to any issue. It reaches this same desk and takes us one click instead of a conversation.
- A paid post, link insertion or sponsored review
- Nowhere — we do not publish them at any price, and our funding is stated openly. Genuine press and licensing enquiries are welcome above.
